PROCEEDINGS BY FACTORY INSPECTOR^ The Inspector of Factories (S. Tyson) proceeded against several persons at the Magistrate Csurt yesterday ■ afternoon for alleged breaches of awards. Mr T. E. Douglas and Lorenzo Hawkes, employed as drivers by Croucher' and Sons, Richmond, \for a similar offence in respect of wages. A penalty of £5 in each instance wasasked for. Croucher and Sons were proceeded against with-failing to pay the-award rates to H. W. Douglas and W. D. Harman.
