At a further meeting of the bat-on committee of the Dairy Farmers' Union, it was decided to proceed with the formation of a new company to take over the lease of the New Zealand Producers’. Company. Messrs Small, Campbell, Carter, Broadhelt, and Derm or wore appointed provisional directors of the* new company, with power to add. In order to make the provisional hoard fully representative of the whole of the North Island. it was jecommendod that an equal number of directors bo appointed in each of the districts of Taranaki and Auckland.
