Mr Justice Rich, en route to Australia, pointed out that the Australian delegation to the League of Nations meeting at Geneva had taken special Interest in consideration of the possibility of the United States' entrance. rin' delegation urged that the United States be induced to enter, provision to be made for an alteration in Article Ten i;, a manner to remove the United States present objections to the Article.
