Unprecedented scenes; in connection with Afissioner Hickson’s faith-healing mission are reported among natives of the Transvaal. On one occasion, near I’ieior.shurg, Lite missionin' found himself confronted by an enormous crowd of over ten thousand natives. The sick were placed in long linos of a hundred each. He laid hands on over seven thousand at the conclusion of the mission as Christians, who sang the Nunc Dhniitis. Heathens threw away their charms and amulets. Numerous cures are reported A tremendous impression was made, and the opinion is expressed that the result may be? a movement for winch no branch of the Christian Church is prepared.
