WELLINGTON, This Hay. Reginald William Gunn, charged at the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Chapman and ai' breakjfig and entering .the Paikafcariki refreshment rooms on 7th January, also with receiving £4O knowing it to be stolen, pleaded not guilty. Mr Macassey, Crown Prose* cut or,, said Gunn had provided a car and benzine for the exploit. He mentioned that a person hitherto called X was one Tom Wright. He proceeded to call evidence on the lines of that given in the Magistrate’s Court.
