The woman and her 4 soii arrived in New York on 30th June, 3.) hours before the end of the fiscal year under which the 1022 quotas are reckoned. The immigration Board has ruled that the boy cannot he admitted under the 1022 quota, and must return to Europe and eomo thence again to (he. United Slates to he admitted under the 1023 quota for Belgium. Tim fact that the woman had already lived in the United States made no difference to her son’s case.
