(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Reuters Telegram) VIENNA, April 4 Hungarian legitimists published a proclamation naming Otto as King and the ex-Queen as regent. The Public Prosecutor seized all journals publishing the proclamation and will prosecute the signatories. The Government has ordered national mourning until 18th Anril.

During a 'Liberal Opposition banquet at Budapest, bombs were thrown into the assemblage, killing six and seriously wounding 46.
