CITY OF NELSON A IMPLICATIONS for the purchase of Debentures at Par to be issued for raising a Special Loan of £21.800 for repaying an existing loan will bo received up till 3 p.in.‘ on FRIDAY, 21st April* 1922. Each Debenture will be for the sum' of £IOO and will be repayable on the Ist May, 1932. The rate of interest is £6 10s per cent. A Sinking Fund of £1 per cent, is provided. The security for the loan is the revenue derivable from the gas and water Undertakings of the Nelson City Council.; The Council does not bind itself to accept the highest or any offer and reserves the right to allot the Debentures in numbers other than those applied for.
