John Bell, aged G2, conductor ot a secondhand furnishing business m South Dunedin, was found' sitting m a chair with tho left side of Ins bead blown away, and with the barrel of a shotgun lying on his chest, while the butt was 'supported by a sewing machine Deceased, who leaves a wito and daughter, had been in ill-health for mouths, with occasional pet aids of depression. . WAIM ATE, Tins Day. James Morrison, married, with throe children, was found dead on the road, two miles from his residence, on Sunday morning, with a ritto alongside the body. Deceased had been m illhealth for some time.
