CAPETOWN, Oct. 27; At a civic welcome at Durban the manager of the Springboks spok§ of 1 Rugby as n sorb of religion in New Zealand. For some reason New Zealanders regarded (jheinselves as champions of Rugby, and ignored the Springboks, but the latter had shown that the Africans could play, and that the African formation is better. 'Hie Africans also learned much from the New Zealanders. Ho paid a high tribute to the enthusiasm regarding sport in New Zealand compared with Sou till Africa. The All Blacks should ho invited to visit! South Africa.
