Briaiul, in the Chamber, referred to the scandalous acquittals at .Lcipzjif, ;iad said the Government was opposed to all military intervention, but would maintain the sanctions agreed to in London. He added that I-Vance would not ratify the treaty of Sevres. BERLIN, July 12. The trial of Roldt arid Dithmar, two submarine officers 1 , has begun at Leipzig. They are charged wil(h murder in connection with the sinking of tho British hospital ship Landovery Casilo.
