LONDON, April 23. A disturbance approaching u not occurred at Caerphilly, South v\ ales, at midnight, while the police were arresting a drunk find disorderly man. A crowd of 600, mostly striking youths, stoned the police. Great disorder prevailed for over an hour. Tho police succeeded in bringing the prisoner o r.he station, but tho crowd stoned the station, smashing windows. One P°■liccman suffered a bad cut on tiie The police were reinforced and dispersed the crowd, three further airests being made.
