HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE AID BOARO MONTHLY MEETING Following ia the concluding portion of the business transacted at yesterday’s meeting of the 'Hospital and | Charitable Aid Board after we went'to press;— ALEXANDRA HOME. The report of the Master (Mr. W. Crouch) of the Alexandra Home stated that 27 inmates were now in the institution* and that there was now room for three more. The inmates-had had ah enjoyable time at Christmas, and thanks were expressed to the Board for extras provided. The master of the Home also wished to thank the people who had donated a quantity of clothing to the institution. RELIEVING OFFICER’S REPORT. The Relieving Officer i (Mr. H. Coltman) reported inter alia that seven families had been 'in receipt of aid during the month, GENERAL.
