Lord Alfred Douglas, in an article entitled “Plain English about the Jutland Battle,” says tho German wireless code was discovered shortly after the fight began, and all tho eGrman wireless was rapidly translated during the battle. He asks why these were not printed with tho report, and adds: “The Government cannot deny the translation. The German naval “ code revealed the fact that during the _ actual fighting at Jutland Germany n was in communication with some pow- J erful individual at the Admiralty, and & plans for the escape of the German, fleet wore devised through this 1 means.” J
