Regarding the non-passing of the ICOvds record put up by Alise W alrond the' Wellington Centro explained that everything was in order .excepting two signatures, one of which was Air Hill’s. The latter gentleman had promised to procure the other and post the application. Alernbers of the Wellington Centro Executive regretted very much that Mitte Wabend should lose her ro- ' cord through such neglect, find the Council decided to apply to Air. Hill for an explanation. An application for reinstatement by G, E. Bolison, formerly ‘custodian at tho Christchurch tepid baths, was granted.
