Mr. Macassey, Crown Prosecutor, in Ins opening address, said accused was a. wealthv imer and successful racehorse owner. Tho re wore h-ve counts in the indictment hat really only two important points to consider. One was statements were uttered, and the other whether, if uttered, they wore intended to mislead the Magistrate. The case is proceeding.
