DELHI, Oct. 13. Indignation is caused among Moslems in Central Asia by Bolshevik ruthJossness against the civil population of Bokhara, who were driven from the city. Refugees arriving at Meshed state that the Bolshevik artillery destroyed the city, which was set *n fire in three places./, The Reds semed the Goyerjios and other officials, whose fate is unknown.
