ARBITRATION COURT DELAYS
DEPUTATION TO MINISTER
({Jnitkd Press Assoclt ..-on) WELLINGTON, Aug. 20. A representative Labour deputation waited upon the -Minister of Labour tokiay in connection with the Arbitration Court matters. The deputation, which was introduced by Air Fraser, IVLIh, protested against the delay in Arbitration Court sittings in the chief centres, and also against the delay in giving a decision in inspect to the cost of living bonus. Objection was taken to the fact that the. President of the Court frequently sat on the Supremo Court bench instead of giving priority to the worn of the Arbitration Court. It was admitted that the Court was overlooked, and the deputation suggested the situation could be overcome if further clerical assistance was given the Registrar. Sir M. ITcrries, in reply, said he would make renresentations to the Minister for Justice regarding the flushing of the work of the Arbitration and Supreme Courts.
