Speaking at Columbus, Ohio, Mr Cox said / 1 AVc promise that after March, 1021, if lam elected, we will enter the League of Nations with the least possible delay'. The Democratic platform gives full license and opportunity to enter the League upon terms needing no defence. _ Our position -is not unbending, and it' is not captions.
