In the Supremo Court the hearing of the charge of manslaughter against Robert Bruce Forsyth, arising out of a collision between a motor car and a tramear on May 22nd as a result of which William Arthur Griffon, a passenger in the motor car, lost his life, was concluded. The Jury hrougnt in a verdict of not guilty, and the prisoner was discharged.
