The situation in .Mesopotamia shows no improvement. The lines of communication with Persia arc completely interrupted. Widespread outbreaks are occurring. Bakuba was looted and tho Baghdad-Felluja railway cut, and ‘the station staff kidnapped. ■ Fresh trouble is reported in Kwidbtan. Colonel Loachman was killed an Folluja.
