The ‘so-called third party, which is expected to place a' presidential candidate in the hold in opposition to the Republicans and Democrats, will .soon hold a convention at Chicago. The party is composed of the former labour party, the agricultural non-partisan league, and those generally dissatisfied with vile two major parties, it is understood Senator Lafollottc, of Wisconsin, wITa be the party’s presidential choice. July 12, 9.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 10 The New York Times Dayton correspondent interviewed Mr Cox, who said that opposition to the League of Nations is partisan bigotry and was a deep laid and carefully planned conspiracy. “I do not claim that the League is perfect, I have suggested two reservations which will not nullify the Treaty. lam thoroughly convinced that the Irish question will he solved satisfactorily to all the peoples concerned.
