A DEAL IN AIRCRAFT.
BRITISH SURPLUS SOLD LONDON, April 29. f Speaking in London, Lord Londonderry, Under-Secretary for Air, emphasised the. magnitude of the aircraft deal, which involved 10,000 aeroplanes, 30,000 engines, and enormous quantities of equipment and products of British industry. ' It was announced that accessories were finding the readiest sale in view of the present shortage. The syndicate is endeavouring to remove the stigma that British commerce is slow-moving.
