WHEN TO KISS.
Those who must kiss should kiss only'in the afternoon or-evening. This "is' the cold, scientific advice of Dr L. Brown, given at a. conference of members of tnc Medical Society of New York and rep or - eel in the London Daily telegraph by its New York correspondent. Dr Brown declared that it was far more sanitary to kiss a mri in the evening or tiian in the morning, before 'the fresh air and sunshine had had a chance o sterilise her lips.
