GRADING OF TEACHERS

CONFERENCE AT WELLINGTON (United Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 12. A conference of the inspectors of the primary schools of the Dominion and of representative teachers met to-day to consider the question of grading of teachers. The Minister of Education referred to the importance of endeavouring to solve the problem without delay. The quota question should also be gone into. The inspectors and teachers present then resolved themselves into separate conferences to report to a joint conference to meet- later.
