SALE OF WORK. The sale of work held on Saturday afternoon in the Shelbounie sthee.t School i rom by the Cathedra! and All Saints’ blanches of the Sowers’ Band was a very successful function. There was a large attendance, and good business was done, the takings reaching .about £SO. The, sale was opened by the Rev .Dr. Weeks, and prayer was offered by Bishop Mules. The Dean commended the efforts oi tlie young people enrolled in the two branches for their regular work in ‘he cause of missions, and sad it was good that they should in that way think of those in other lands who were in ne-ed of the Gospel and i the benefits that followed in its train.
