jU the Magistrate's Court thi s morning, James Grovel: was sentenced to three month's imprison rnenfj on a charge of being a rogue and vagabond, in’ that he endeavoured ito impose upon, the Wairarapa Patriotic A&sodiation, by falsely representing that he was a soldier, mth a view to obtaining money or other benefits. G.rov© s , was also charged with falsely wearing a uniform arid, wag, fiiiod 40s.
