Tallow' any fat was in good demand, but bidding was somewhat erratic. The following was the range of or ices: llidofs.—Ox heavy, 601bs up, 12-id to 20d ; ox rued., 50-69, 10d- to 201 d ; ox light, 49 and under. I9d to 20d; cow heavy, 551bs an over. , 18 ( J to 19-jd; cow mod. 42 to 54. 15d to 21d; cow light, under 42, 18d' to 21d ; cut slippy and inferior, 9d to 19gd ; bul stag Hid to 16id ; yearlings, 16 to 24 lbs. 14d) to 291 d ; calf damaged, 10|t r j. 37d.
