... LO N.D'ON, May 23 A soldier aboard 1 the 'City of Sparta which left Bombay on April 3, died on the voyage from bubonic plague. On arrival at Liverpool on April M the ■vessel was quarantined disinfcctecl Subsequently a native sailor died from bubonic plague on May 16.
