BOLSHEVIST REGIME COLLAPSING. (Australian & N.Z. Cable Association.) _ WASHINGTON, April 30. Reports received by the State Department from neutral sources state that the Bolshevik regime in Russia is collapsing. It is understood that Lenin and Trotsky are seeking a refuge in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Spain or Germany, but they have been refused admittance everywhere. The only possibility now is Hungary. The American view is that the days of Bolshevism are ended.

I (Rec. May 2, 8.55 a.m.) j WARSAW, April 29. ! The fight for Vilna lasted three days. Lida was captured by the bayonets. There was considerable booty at all places.
FINNS ADVANCING,

Tire Finns advanced in the Lake Ladoga region. Two columns are converg ing on Petrozavrod&k, and a third, advancing from -Olouetz, occupied Ladeinoipolia, cutting the Petrograd .railway. They received support from the inhabitants, who have risen en masse against the Soviet Government. The situation is thus relieved.
