DUNEDIN FRUIT AND PRODUCE MARKET. ~ Reilly’s Central Produce Mart report as follows on the Dunedin fruit and produce market: —Heavier consignments of tomatoes came forward, principally from Wellington and Hutt, and prices are much lower in consequence. Best Nelson tomatoes realised 6s 6d to 6s 9d per case; chillies realised 6s to 8s 3d; egg fruit 17s 6d; cucumbers sg; Cape gooseberries 9s for quarter-case. Dessert apples: Cox’s Orange 10s to 11s 6d; onath’ans 8s 6d to 10s' ; Monroes 6a 6d to 7s; Alfristpns 5s 6d; Delicious 12s 6d; to Ifls. Choice dessert pears realised from 8s to 9a. ’
