They lire supplied with now arms and now uniforms, and havo considerable artillery as well as aeroplanes. It is known that over 100,000 Austrian prisoners recently returned from Russia, all tainted with Bolshevist ideas. it i s no idle boast that the new_ Government at Budapest can mobilise at least 70,000 ex-prisoners. LONDON, March 20. The Communists are making efforts to capture Vienna and arouse Austria.

A message from Budapest reports the arrest of Count Michael Karolyi (a Hungarian millionaire nobleman). Some messages add that Karolyi has been assassinated. Dr. Alexander Wekerle (who was Prime Misister of Hungafy) has also been arrested. BRITISH MONITORS EN ROUTE TO BUDAPEST. (Rec.
