The Berlin Government’s wireless states that the newspapers, discussing the 1 place of meeting ol the National Assembly, point out that Berlin affords the strongest military protection. 'Removal from Berlin would be be regarded as flight from the Spartacists. It is reported that the ex-Kaiserin has expressed ■ the wish to return to Germany, to live in complete retirement at Potsdam with her children.
