WAIKERIA PRISON.
PROPOSED VISIT OF LEGISLATORS {UHHd PreM Association, i WELLINGTON, Jan. 20. The Minister of Justice has issued a scheme for the visit of mgrabers of Parliament to the Waikena prison fa rm. The prison authorities claim that this prison is the most up-to-date in the world, andi are ( anxious that the .vtik which is being done there should be seen and understood.
