During the annual conference held in Wellington of the National Executive of the Freezers' Union, representing all men in,the freezing.and/ allied tiades from'-Whangarei to the Bluff, passed the following motier*:—-'"That in the opinion of, -the - National Executive, workers" should not be sen£ into camp and „ their places* .taken by Austrsfliahs / that "this executive is confident that, in - view of the" limited f storage space <! available, there axe Sm pie" men available to carry on-the work without bringing men from Australia. _\" ~-' •
