Sutton Estate, ui'd were insured for £IOOO in the Standard Office; Tait's stock and fitings for £SOO in the Norwich Union; Taylor's for £I7CO in th- Phoenix; Tata-ran's for £345 in the Standard ; •.ud Red Crb-s dv:>ot for £6O in the -Mioenix. Crystal!'- insurance is not :nown. The fire was ir.ider control in three]uarters of an hour, but much damage vas don , and Tait, .Catalan, and the 3ed Cross are heavy losers.
