(Reuter's Telegrams.} LONDON, May 13 ; In the House of Commons, Mr Walter Loncj introduced a Bill to improve the organisation for affording information and assistance .to emigrants from the United Kingdom. It provides for the establishment of a central emigration authority, and the supervision of passage brokers, agents and emigration societies. (Dec. May 15, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, May 14. iMr Long's- Bill dealing with emigration provides for the issue of passagebookers' licenses under a bond of £2500. It prohibits them receiving commission or remuneration from intending passengers and forbids them to supply information relating to emigration except that supplied by Government departments .'or overseas Governments. It- also; prohibits emigration ..societies supplying information -without the central authority's approval*
