CHJR.ISTCHURCII, May 1- , The Arbitration: Court has. given judgment in connection with the application if the employees under the Builders iind Contractoi-s' General Labourers' r.vard for an increase in the war bonus c'lomlO to 20 per cent. The judgment states that the Court, after careful onsideration of the statistics is satis\ed that the present general living conlitions do not differ substantially from jthosei existing when the award was -nade. A majority of the Court thererove decided that the application should ie dismissed. v -
