SPAIN AND GERMANY
AN AGREEMENT REACHED.

Spain and Germany have reached an agreement whereby Switzerland, acting intermediary to all, will supervise shipments and guarantee that shipments will not serve other countries. Maritime traffic with the United States will be authorised for certain products stipulated for in the SpanishAmerican Convention.
