Quantity of cheese and butter manufactured" for export from Ist August- to 31st July, 1917: South Is--49,094 boxes of butter, 132,518 crates of cheese; North Island, 906,944 butter, 564,233 cheese. (3.) Amount of meat shipped from Ist August, 1916, to 31st July, 1917: South Island, 1.584,936 601b carcases ■ North Mand, 3,237,288 601b carcases. (4.) Quantity of butter and cheese shipped from Ist August, 1916, to 31st Julv, 1917: —South Island, 44,514 boxes of "butter, 115,384 crates of cheese; North. Island, 735,546 butter, 477,404 cheese. .
