FIRE FIGHTERS CAUGHT. SEVERAL DEATHS. (Uwiikd Pim« Aamooi/ixiom.) (Rec. 10.40 a.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. While they were engaged lighting a bush fire on Warenda station, near Bonlia, the wind changed' and the men were compelled to race for safety. The fire headed them off, and one white man , was burned to death. Subsequently two whites and two blacks died from their injuries in hospital.
