FRENCH AIR SCOUTS AN" EFFICIENT SERVICE. (Anstralian and N.Z. Cable Association PARIS, April 3. Six> hundred seaplanes are scouting for .submarines. They can detect them at a depth of 60 to 100 feet, and drop bombs, bursting at fixed depths. They carry guns capable of destroying submarines. SUBMARINE SUNK BY FRENCH* BARQUE. (Renter's Telegram*.)
