RUSSIAN LABOUR TROUBLES
SEVERAL ARRESTS. , (Renter's Telegrams.) (Official.} - PETROGRAD, Feb. 12. Eleven members of the workmen's group of the Central Military and Industrial Committee of Peti'ograd were" arrested on a charge of fomenting labour troubles. They aimed at ultimately transforming Russia into a, Socialistic republic.
