In pma'suance ctf the powers vested in the Motueka Harbour Board by virtue of the above mentioned Acts respectively the said Board doth hereby giv-e notice of its intention to leas© by Public Auction on SAttTURDAY, the 18th day of November, 1916, at 2 a'clock p.m., at the Motueka Harbour Board Office, the land' hereinafter described: For sub-section 18 'and 19 of Pt. Section 144, Port Motueka, M.S-D-, each comprising Ir. 37 p., as shown oh plan. All of the above sections of land will be .offered for sale in one lot. The land is situated on the reclamation adjoining the wharf at the new harbour, Motueka. The material provisions the lease hereby offered for PubVc Auction are fully set forth in the First Schedoile of the "Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1008," and such lease shall contain such further terms and) conditions as the said Board deems advisable. All partioulars regarding the provisions, terms and conditions of the lease may ibe obtained on application at the office of the Board or the auctioneer.
