(United Press Association.) DUNEDIN. This Day. Daniel Cassidy. who pleaded Utility in tho Lower Court to atic-mpted rape and also tu indecent assault, came up for sentence. He was ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for a term not exceeding three years o.u the- first chai'ge and imprisoned until the rising of the Court on the second.
