The leading city and residential hotels have increased the pivce of liquors as follows : Whisky audi soda to ninepence, imported ales to eightpence, and Australian ales to sixpence. The Commodities Commission has fixed the retail price of kerosene at 5Jd a quart, and of benzine at 21s 8d per case of eight gallons.
