WEDDING

Last Wednesday a. very quiet wedding -was celebrated! at the residence, of the bride's parents, Vanguard street, Nelson-, when Miss Hilda Evelyn Richardson, second daughter "of .Mr and: -\lrs 'A. ■ Rich ardson, was nian-ieid to Trooper S. ■Crooks, of 'the 15th Reinforcements. The bride, who" was i given away by her fathieir, wore a ipretty ■ dove bluo silk dress, the -gift of .her motther. Miss Hose Lines was bridesmaid, and both carried, pretty- bouquets of white flowers. The bridegroom's n-ift -to brooch, and also to the bridesmaiJ.. The bride's mother was gowned in silk. After the ceremony Mrs Hichaa'dson entcrtained the a-elatives and friends at a sumptuous wedding breakfast.
