WELLINGTON, May 9. ,In the Supreme Court to-day, - John Henry Farrelly, who pleaded guilty to charges of forgery and false pretences, was admitted to probation for twelve months. . John Dillon, convicted of assault and robbery, was remanded for sentence. Delia Pine and Charles Burrows w,ere charged with assaulting William Fitzpatrick and causing bodily harm. Burrows pleaded guilty to the major charge and Pine admitted the assault. The pleas w : ere' accepted, and' the prisoners were remanded till Saturday.
