An Army medical lieutenant leapt from 'the Distinguished Strangers' Gallery, dropped 25feet to the floor, and fell on his face. Springing up he made a rush to the Treasury table, shouting, "Protect your heads, soldiers, from shrapnel." Members and attendants quickly surrounded and removed the lieutenant.
