CRICKET
CHAMPIONSHJP MATCH., COIJjEGE V. KAMTJRA. ' The final match, for the senior championship was commenced oni the College ground last Saturday. Kaniura won the toss and sent College to the 1 -wickets. The latter's opening was disastrous, four wickets being down with the score at 18. A stand was then made by Fuller and Mcßae, but the total reached, was only 74. Thomason .bowled well, but •hill secured the best average with 4 for 13. , -a- ■ A good beginning was made by Jvamura, the third wicket falling at 50, but their *fast wickets were almost valueless, their final total -being 79. Schadick, with 5 for 15, was mainly respon-sible-for the collapse. '■_,,-, In their second attempt College have lost 1 wicket for 7 runs, thus being 2 runs, in the lead at the drawing of stumps , .
